When you rent out your home, it is pleasant for the guests if they receive a warm welcome. We are present in the house to receive your guests, hand over the keys and answer any questions. We agree on a time with the guests when we will come by on the day of departure to carry out the final inspection and receive the key.

If we are allowed to take care of the final cleaning, we do not charge a check-out fee (unless check out is in the afternoon or between 7pm and 7am).
After the final inspection, we will keep you informed whether or not there is any damage.
When renting the house, we ask that you have several sets of linen (towels and sheets) available per person. When your tenants leave the holiday home, we take all the used linen with us to wash and prepare the house for the next guests.
