WHAT WE CHECK DURING OUR HOME VISITS
- We check your home based on the package you choose, whether this is weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. We check your home/apartment for any damage, pests, leaks and other problems.
- After a storm or heavy rainfall, we carry out an extra check to ensure there is no damage.
- If you have a car at your residence, we can also check the car at your request by running the car,...
- We flush all toilets and let the taps and showers run for a while to prevent the risk of odors.
- During our inspection, we also ventilate the entire home by opening the windows/doors to prevent moisture problems.
- We check all electrical appliances and lighting (if necessary and if possible we replace the lamps).
- We empty the mailbox and place the mail in the location shown by you. If there is important mail, we will contact you and will only open the mail after your approval and send you photos.
- We also always check the operation of all roller shutters, locks,...
- We check whether the smoke detectors are still working, your safety comes first
